Wine and champange packaging made of molded paper
Molded paper-based recycled wine and champange bottle packaging raises the level of secondary packaging of these fine drinks. Form-shaped trays give excellent protection to the bottles, while they offer environment friendly and cost-effective solution. We offer effective and 'green' packaging for 1 to 12 bottles of wine or champange.
Benefits of molded paper wine packaging:
1: The molded paper trays are made of 100% recycled waste-paper with our special method without the addition of any chemicals. They are recyclabe, biodegradable, thus we are talking about 100% environment friendly and cheap solution.
2: The trays are dimensionally accurate, both burgundy and bordeaux shaped bottles fit in. The paper is flexible enough to prevent the bottles from external impacts. That is why they offer better solution than traditional carton packagings.
3: There is no need to any assembly process (in opposition to cartons). We ship the trays ready-to-use, where you should only pack the bottles upon each other.
4: If only one bottle needs to be packed, we have solution for that too. The trays can be racked. The top tray works as a cover, so the system prevents the bottle from external impacts as well as crashing to each other. One colliding carton can hold up to 3-6-9 or even 12 bottles during transport.
