Manufacturing by Markhorst moulding machine, which provides best capability and productivity of conventional hard paperpulp technology.  We use 100% waste paper for raw material with no additional chemicals or supplementary material added , only water used for pulping.

Conventional paperpulp technology moulding and forming products by cold tools, followed by drying process. Manufacturing capacity is approximately 750-800 tons of waste paper pulping.

 

Tools are high quality cavities produced in European professional toolmaker, engineered and developed especially to protect your product best formed on its shape. Expectation of a tools’ lifetime is over more millions of production cycles.
